Reggio Emilia: a small, industrious and vibrant town that has undergone important urban development in recent years. Its striking feature is its countless bicycles: the two wheels that appear on every corner to take the observer by surprise. Giuliano Ferrari brings Reggio Emilia to Europe by comparing it to the cities of Northern Europe or, even further away, to those of Asia.
