The new Relabtv audio-visual laboratory will experiment the production and diffusion of video contents with a new TV accessible via the Internet, but not excluding future developments, also through other technological platforms (such as digital terrestrial, cable and satellite).
Relabtv, an urban video communication channel is a project by the Faculties of Communication Science and Business at the Universities of Modena and Reggio Emilia, developed in collaboration with Reggio Emilia Town Council as part of the LAICA project. Relabtv combines different needs and perspectives: it recounts and represents a definite territorial reality, by searching for new forms of low-cost video production and diffusion.
