The third edition of Fotografia Europea opens with a five-day celebration, which from 30th April to 4th May will involve the town of Reggio Emilia, to open a packed programme of meetings, events and performances, as well as numerous exhibitions. Artists, photographers and leading figures from the world of culture will discuss the main theme chosen for the 2008 edition – the body in photography and in contemporary imagery – and will animate a programme of events that aims to combine forms of experience, creation and thought.
