Carla Cerati (Bergamo, 1926) created famous images of Milan’s fervent social and cultural life and shots of a psychiatric hospital in 1968. This exhibition presents a series of less well-known images, her "Nudes", from the seventies. When a woman gazes upon the body of another woman, there is none of the voyeur’s morbidity, but respect and fascination for the quiet strength and indomitable beauty of the shapes, volumes and lines of the female body, which remains an impenetrable mystery to the other.
