Merleau-Ponty believed that there is nothing to understand other than the body. We use our body to experiment, communicate, love and hate. If my mind becomes ill, so does my body. If my soul is consumed by a personal tragedy, my body reveals its plunging depth. This work deals with eating disorders and the odd days of life, those that are interrupted, spent waiting to heal, in an invisible battle.
