This is a tribute to ‘ordinary’ men and women who have decided to dedicate part of their time to helping others. The groups involved have different names and appearances: Civil Protection, Fire Brigade, Red Cross, Green Cross, etc. For some it is a job, while others devote hours of their time to ‘doing some good’. All of them have a deep sense of civic duty.
