Lugli conducts an observation of the body through a project that aims to give a different tactile expectancy of the skin from that which the shape and beauty of the body would lead us to imagine. Here, the body is lacerated by the transparencies of the chemical actions performed by the artist on the printing bases of the photographs, producing an intensely dramatic effect which in some cases, suggests decomposition, and in others, the presence of auras surrounding and permeating the person.
