Enzo Bianchi

Enzo Bianchi was born in Castel Boglione (Asti) in 1943. After studying at the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Turin, he founded the monastic community of Bose of which he is Prior. In 1983 he founded the Edizioni Qiqajon publishing house, which publishes texts on biblical, patristic, liturgical and monastic spirituality. In 2000 he was awarded an honorary degree in “The History of the Church” by the University of Turin. In 2009 he received the Premio Cesare Pavese and the Premio Cesare Angelini awards for his book entitled Il pane di ieri (Yesterday’s bread).
